You guys asked for more shopping and fashion posts, so I pulled together this holiday gift guide for the men on your list. Many of the Black Friday sales have already begun, so you may be able to finish your holiday shopping before the week is done!

1. ALLBIRDS SNEAKERS

I bought these for my husband and he is obsessed! He gets compliments on them all the time. Made from merino wool, Allbirds are insanely popular because they are both stylish and comfortable.  You also can’t go wrong with these sneakers.

2. BARBOUR JACKET

This is another gift I’ve given my husband that was a huge hit! The Barbour Powell Quilted Jacket is a great transition or layering jacket, and I love the leather trimmed detail. This jacket turned Kam onto Barbour, and he bought the Ashby Wax jacket too. That coat is heavier and is one of his go-to winter jackets. Winter coats, in general, make a great gift and J.Crew has some great ones for 50% off for cyber week.

3. AIRPODS

Once you go wireless, it is tough to go back! Not being attached to your phone at the gym or while talking on the phone is a nice thing.  AirPods make a great gift that you know he’ll use all the time. You can find them for only $129 for Black Friday! Also, if you are buying for a guy who travels often, these noise-canceling headphones are a game-changer.

4. JOGGERS

Cozy yet stylish - these comfy joggers are perfect for all the Netflix he’s going to watch while hibernating this winter.

5. AUTOMATIC TURNTABLE

If your guy is into music, this would make for an awesome and unexpected gift! Couple it with one of his favorite albums on vinyl. Crosley Radio has a great selection of high-quality yet affordable turntables. There are some exclusive Crosley styles at Urban Outfitters for $99. I think this would make an awesome gift for any guy on your list, but it might be especially cool for your dad. It might evoke feelings of nostalgia!

6. HENLEYS

Is it just me or is there something cool and sexy about henleys? I just love them! One day I went out and bought Kam a bunch of henleys -- short sleeved, long sleeved, and different colors. There are lots of great henleys on sale, (only $21 during cyber week!) so you could buy a couple and give the guy on your list a little wardrobe refresh!

7. NICE/TECH GLOVES

If he’s got a good-looking coat, complete the look with some nice leather gloves. You can even buy a pair of tech gloves which work on touchscreens. This would make a nice gift for your brother, dad, or boyfriend.

8. CHELSEA BOOTS

Sometimes your guy needs to step it up and ditch the sneakers. Chelsea boots instantly create a more polished, grown-up look, and they go well with a nice pair of jeans.

9. SMART SPEAKERS

Not only is this Sonos Speaker wireless, but it is voice-controlled and compatible with Alexa, so he can listen to the latest episode of “Dr. Death” without lifting a finger.

10. VITAMIX

We bought a Vitamix two years ago and we still use it every single day. This is an investment piece you will not regret. From smoothies to soups cooked right in the Vitamix, this powerhouse blender lives up to the hype. I also love that the Vitamix washes itself. Just add water and a little soap and it will give itself a good wash!

I also linked a few other kitchen and bar items that would make great gifts like this set of four double old-fashioned glasses. I am eyeing the Instapot that everyone keeps talking about!

11. PATAGONIA BETTER SWEATER

You cannot go wrong with a Patagonia pullover. Kam and I bought cozy, matching, gray pullovers (we’re dorks like that) and we basically live in them during the winter. He has multiple colors now so we are twinning all the time. Haha.

12. YETI COOLER

If you own a YETI tumbler, you know this brand means business. The YETI Roadie Cooler would be awesome for hosting friends in the backyard, weekend getaways, and picnics at Ravinia. The Yeti mug is also a great gift and only $25!

The prices may change with the sales. Items sell out quickly this week, so if you find a deal, grab it while it lasts! If a product you bought goes on deeper discount, just buy it again and return the first item you bought (if you haven't opened it yet!). I have also rounded up a list of Cyber Week Sales on my blog.

Happy shopping and thank you for reading!!

Chicago museums are starting to reopen as we enter Chicago museums are starting to reopen as we enter stage four! 🙌 This photo was taken at @msichicago not long before lockdown. I was so happy to show Theo some of Chicago’s gems! 💎 Personally, I won’t be rushing back to anything indoors, but I’m glad to see things reopening and hope it can be done safely. By the way, @msichicago is expected to reopen this summer and you can get tickets now for @shedd_aquarium and @lincolnparkzoo. 🦥 What will you do now that we’re in stage four?

Today is the first time I left my baby with a sitter and the longest time I have been away from him. 😭 He is in good hands though. Poor guy hardly knows anyone but Kam and me. We kept him to ourselves the first 8 weeks of his life because we were scared of the flu. Then as soon as we felt ready to share him, Coronavirus hit! 🤦‍♀️

The case involved Mildred and Richard Loving who were arrested in Virginia for their interracial marriage.
