Randolph Street Market: Country's Largest Urban Antique Market

Randolph Street Market chicago festival

Randolph Street Market Festival 2019

Every month, Chicago hosts what has become one of the top urban antique markets in the country. Randolph Street Market Festival is a fancy flea market of sorts where you can find everything from artisan jewelry and vintage furniture, to fresh flowers and vinyl records. With an iced coffee or a mimosa in hand, you can leisurely spend an afternoon antiquing at this European-style market in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood.

With live music, food and drinks on hand, the Randolph Street Market is an exciting weekend activity -- even if you somehow manage to leave without buying anything. The Randolph Street Market Festival takes place over eight acres at 1340 W. Washington, Chicago, IL.

When to go

The Randolph Street Market starts at 10 am and ends at 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The festival's 2019 summer season only has two weekends left:

  • August 24-25
  • September 28-29

After that, Chicago's outdoor/indoor market continues indoors.

  • October 27-28
  • November 17-18 (holiday market)
  • December 15-16 (holiday market)

Cost for Chicago Antique Market

There is an entry fee for this popular Chicago market. It's $10 online or $12 at the gate. The ticket is good for the whole weekend. You can also check Groupon for discounted tickets. Kids under the age of 12 are free.

I was so happy to show Theo some of Chicago’s gems! 💎 Personally, I won’t be rushing back to anything indoors, but I’m glad to see things reopening and hope it can be done safely. By the way, @msichicago is expected to reopen this summer and you can get tickets now for @shedd_aquarium and @lincolnparkzoo. 🦥 What will you do now that we’re in stage four?

Today is the first time I left my baby with a sitter and the longest time I have been away from him. 😭 He is in good hands though. Poor guy hardly knows anyone but Kam and me. We kept him to ourselves the first 8 weeks of his life because we were scared of the flu. Then as soon as we felt ready to share him, Coronavirus hit! 🤦‍♀️
